- SBAC Achievement Level Setting:  I hope that each of you will STRONGLY encourage your teachers to participate in this.  We were told at WERA that commitment will be over a set time period, working electronically, and the total time involved will be about 3 hours per person.  I think this is a great way for staff to build deeper understanding of the SBAC assessments.  This is also open to parents/community if you have a way to publicize that.  You will find additional information as well as the application, at:

Thank you Tonia Tucker for working with OSPI to get the upload file working!! If by chance this email got deleted by anyone, login names are the district email address, and the initial password is Whiteriver2014#.  It's important to note that the accounts will all need to be re-established on October 1st.  While I have been told by the state that any favorites, groups, or forums that you set up will still be there after October 1st, this is not a 100% for sure statement, so while I encourage teachers to explore the resources, don't spend a lot of time setting up personal preferences!  They may be gone on October 2!!
